Do I have to create an account in order to place an order?

Ordering products from the categories "Healing water", "Beer", or "Soft drinks" does not require you to create a customer account. You can, if you prefer, order as a guest. Taking out one of our subscriptions requires you to create an account.


What if I forget my password?

In the online shop, click the "Sign in" button in the top right corner. A new page will open. Now click "Forgotten password" and follow the instructions. You will then receive an e-mail from us which will enable you to reset your password.

 

How do I change, suspend or cancel a subscription?

Go to your customer account by signing in and then make the required changes, switch between subscriptions or update the subscription content. Please note that any changes must be made no later than the SUNDAY before the next scheduled delivery date.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged at € 4.99 per order. From an order value of € 50.00, shipping is free of charge.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently we only deliver within Austria.

 

What should I do if my order is damaged?

We take every precaution to ensure your delivery arrives intact; however in the event of damage please send an e-mail immediately to: office@thalheimerheilwasser.at

 

How long will I have to wait for my order?

We generally deliver within 3-4 working days.

What payment methods are available?

For orders placed as a guest, the following payment options are available: credit card (VISA or MasterCard), PayPal, instant bank transfer.
